7. Partnership applications
To assess franchise applications, we collect your name, phone, email, city, answers about your business, vehicles, drivers, movers and experience, and your comment, together with the language, referral source and UTM information. We use these details to assess the partnership and contact the applicant.
Applications are sent through an encrypted server-to-server connection and stored separately in MantaMove, accessible only to the platform owner. Until delivery is confirmed, details may be retained in a private server queue; local contact data is removed after confirmation. Form analytics events do not contain your name, phone, email or application answers.
